Which booking platforms are supported?
hejGuide connects to Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Expedia, Agoda, Google Vacation Rentals, TripAdvisor, HomeToGo, and many more through our Channex-powered channel manager. For platforms without direct API integration, iCal sync is available.
How fast does availability sync?
Changes are typically synced within seconds. When a booking comes in on one platform, all other connected calendars are updated almost instantly to prevent double bookings.
Is there a per-booking fee?
No. hejGuide never charges commission or per-booking fees. You pay a flat monthly subscription — that's it. The channel manager is included in the Starter plan (€9/mo) and above.
Can I still use iCal sync?
Yes, but when the channel manager is connected to a listing, iCal sync is automatically paused for that listing to prevent conflicts. You can still use iCal for platforms not connected via the channel manager.
How do I set up the channel manager?
Go to your listing settings, open the Sync tab, and click "Publish to Channel Manager." Follow the guided setup to connect your first platform — most hosts are up and running within 5 minutes.
Do I need separate accounts on each platform?
Yes, you'll need existing accounts on the booking platforms you want to connect. hejGuide syncs your listings and bookings between these platforms — it doesn't create accounts for you.
