Can I manage multiple properties from one account?
Yes. hejGuide supports multiple properties on a single account. You can switch between listings or see all bookings combined in the calendar timeline. The free plan includes 1 listing; paid plans allow more.
How does calendar sync work?
hejGuide supports two-way iCal sync with Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and any platform that supports iCal feeds. When a booking comes in on one platform, all other calendars are updated automatically. For even faster sync, use the built-in channel manager.
Can I import bookings from my current tool?
Yes. You can upload bookings from Excel or CSV files. Map your columns to hejGuide fields, preview the import, and confirm. Duplicate detection prevents double entries.
How do online payments work?
Connect your Stripe or Mollie account in settings. You can then send payment links to guests, accept card payments, and track everything in the booking folio. Payments are automatically matched to the correct booking.
What booking details can I track?
Each booking includes guest details, dates, property, source, charges, payments, balance, notes, special requests, communication history, check-in status, and housekeeping status. You can also add custom notes for your team.
Is there a limit on the number of bookings?
No. All plans include unlimited bookings. The only limit is on the number of active listings, not the number of reservations.
