Referral Program Terms

1. Overview

The hejGuide “Invite a friend” program lets existing hosts (the “referrer”) invite new hosts (the “friend”) using a personal referral link. When a friend signs up and later subscribes to a paid plan, both sides receive a reward as described below.

2. The friend's reward

• A friend who creates a new hejGuide account through a valid referral link receives 30 extra free-trial days on top of the standard trial (a 60-day trial in total).
• The bonus is applied automatically at signup and requires no credit card.
• The bonus only applies to brand-new accounts that have not previously held a hejGuide account.

3. The referrer's reward

• The referrer receives one free month once their referred friend converts to a paid subscription (the first successful paid invoice).
• If the referrer already has an active paid subscription, the reward is credited to their account and applied to their next invoice. If they do not yet have a paid subscription, the reward is issued as a one-month, single-use credit that applies automatically at their next checkout.
• No reward is granted for a friend who signs up but never subscribes to a paid plan.

4. Eligibility & fair use

• You may not refer yourself. Sign-ups using your own email address or account do not qualify.
• Each referred account can generate at most one referrer reward.
• Referral links are intended to be shared with genuine fellow hosts. Spam, paid placement, impersonation, or any attempt to game the program may result in withheld rewards and/or account action.
• Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded.

5. Changes

We may change, suspend, or end the referral program, or these terms, at any time. Rewards already earned before a change will be honored. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
